John Gosselin
As president of Anseris Group, LLC, Mr. Gosselin is primarily responsible for the oversight of his staff of Realtors®, brokerage assistants, and customer service director. He often facilitates the initial client relationship and communicates with the Realtor® during the selling process. His brokerage focuses on hard to sell homes, probate/vacant properties, and luxury homes. In addition to his duties at Anseris Group, LLC, Mr. Gosselin is part of the adjunct faculty at Suffolk University’s Sawyer Graduate School of Management where he teaches courses in Real Estate Finance and lectures extensively on real estate matters. Mr. Gosselin is a licensed Broker and Realtor®, and a member of the National Association of Realtors.

Adam Yourell
As a Realtor® and licensed Real Estate Broker for Anseris Group, LLC. Adam focuses his career on commercial properties and small business sales, especially restaurants and entertainment venues. In addition to his brokerage services, Mr. Yourell is part of the adjunct faculty at Suffolk University in Boston where he teaches real estate courses to undergraduate students.

Cheryl Masson
Mrs. Masson graduated from Westford Academy and went on to become an Executive Secretary for large financial institutions, including Fidelity Investments in Boston. Cheryl has been a real estate agent and Realtor® since 1995 and has experience in selling residential and commercial properties. Her motto is “Communication with 110% Service” and she provides excellent service to her clients. Cheryl resides in Westford with her husband, John and three daughters.

Kim Riga
As a senior Realtor® for Anseris Group, LLC, Kimberlee focuses her real estate career on residential properties, specifically vacant homes and probate properties. Ms. Riga handles all aspects of her properties, from the clean-out to staging. Due to the nature of her properties, specifically probate estates, Ms. Riga coordinates most of Anseris’ communications with other professionals such as law firms, accounting firms and mortgage lenders. Kimberlee is also responsible for the oversight of Anseris’ support staff.

Sherri McDonald
As a brokerage assistant at Anseris Group, LLC, Sherri functions in various administrative and managerial roles. She is primarily responsible for corresponding with new real estate inquiries and setting up new client accounts. In addition, Sherri is responsible for collaborating with Anseris’ real estate agents and outside vendors to coordinate any necessary services on behalf of the seller. Sherri resides on the North Shore with her husband and two children.

Melissa Brickley
As the Director of Customer Service, Melissa is responsible for all aspects of customer relations and client service. Her responsibilities include fielding questions from clients that are not directly related to the sale of their home, coordinating home maintenance and ancillary services, as well as extra services that are determined on a “per-case” basis, such as: moving services; bill payment; pet care; etc. In addition to building customer relationships, Melissa is responsible for Anseris’ corporate marketing effort. In this role, Melissa assists sellers with their marketing materials, coordinates events, and maintains the content and accuracy of the website.
